ALCOHOL CONTENT: 50% by volume.

BOTTLE VOLUME: 70cl.

AGEING: 15 years in small oak and acacia barrels.

TASTING: The long ageing gives this grappa a unique sensory imprint. Its extremely deep colour heralds that aromatic power and softness that are later found during tasting. It is a dry and austere distillate, which does not indulge in cloying notes: the aromatic profile is dominated by spices (cloves, pepper, nutmeg, aniseed, liquorice, tobacco) and hints of the barrique. However, the scents of the raw material used are not covered, but are instead accompanied by notes of plum, candied fruit and dried fruits such as hazelnut and almond. All in an extremely frank whole.

PACKAGING: The bottles, with numbered labels, are packaged in elegant cardboard drawer cases.
