  • Gabriele Furletti

The Furletti Gabriele winery is located in Garda Trentino, where the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda meet, and where the unique microclimate produces excellent quality raw materials. The grapes are vinified with the utmost respect, in order to obtain wines that are authentic and representative of the territory.

  • Cantina Comai

Ours is a family-run farm. For generations in Alto Garda we have been cultivating vineyards, olive groves and breeding bees, with the aim of obtaining quality products with a strong identity.

Our land is only managed with organic farming methods, using neither chemical fertilisers nor synthetic agro-pharmaceuticals.

Our vineyards are all located in the municipalities of Riva del Garda, Arco and Tenno.

We transform our grapes with passion and love, with particular care to the production process, and with the use of innovative methodologies.

In this way we try to obtain a wine that best represents its territory of origin, the tradition of our family, and the history of our region.

  • Cantina Grigolli Bruno

my guiding principle is the enhancement of an area devoted to wine production. In fact, from 1990 to 1997, our activity was to restore the area where we are located in Vallagarina by planting new vineyards.

    What are your objectives?
To produce quality products while respecting the territory.

How does your territory/valley influence your wines?
The winery is located above the village of Mori Vecchio, a hilly area highly suited to viticulture and the production of important red wines. The vineyards are fields set on terraces stolen with difficulty from the forest above the village. Planted with simple Guyot, they are classic Haut Médoc vines such as Cabernet Sauvignon-Franc and Merlot. The favourable microclimate of the lower Vallagarina, with considerable temperature swings between day and night, and the south-east exposure, help to strengthen the skins of the grapes, make the aromas more intense and allow the grapes to ripen perfectly.

    What are your wines?
My wines are structured and long-lived: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay. Since the first vinification in 2006, I have been making exclusively Bordeaux wines (Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon, Merlot) to which I have added the two whites. The idea was born in 1978 when I graduated from the Institute of San Michele all'Adige and was put into practice in 2006.

    You are a winemaker because...
I complete the whole cycle, from the countryside to the product. The same hand takes care of everything.

  • Cantina Cavic

I always try to find maximum satisfaction in what I do. Growing my own vines and producing my own wine is a fundamentally valuable experience.

    What are your goals?
Wine is a product of conviviality par excellence, of friendship. My goal is to make a wine that is born and represents my territory and that will always allow me to cultivate relationships with those around me and with those who will approach my products.

How does your territory/valley influence your wines?
The Giudicarie Valley is not a historical wine production area in Trentino. Other crops were more widespread, although during the Austro-Hungarian Empire vines were widespread here. Now wine-growing is being rediscovered and I can say that, also due to climate change, this mountain area is absolutely suited to the production of wines, especially aromatic whites and sparkling wine bases.

    What are your wines?
I produce Kerner, Pinot Grigio and Solaris, but I also grow Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau and Souvignier Gris grapes.
    Are you a winemaker because...?
I've only been one for a short while, but the more I get to know this profession, the happier I am!

  • Cantina Sartori...

Our guiding principles come from our love for the area where we live, an area that has never been considered for viticulture, whereas in our opinion it has a lot to give. We want to bring to the table mountain wines that are special and designed from a different perspective with respect for the environment.

    What are your goals?

To bring viticulture to a virgin territory such as Valle di Ledro, proposing natural agriculture that enhances the soil while minimising environmental impact.

How does your territory/valley influence your wines?

Our wines are characterised by a pronounced freshness and aromaticity given by the mountain air, which allows a strong temperature difference between day and night. While the thermal breezes from nearby Lake Garda ensure the uniqueness of the maturation process.

    What are your wines?

For the moment DIADEMA from Solaris, sparkling and still, but the idea is to experiment with other resistant grape varieties.

    You are a winemaker because...

Because I think that what makes wine as well as the territory are the people and that the soul of the place is reflected in the wine but also the work of the producer.
