BOUQUET: Intense, of great finesse with the fragrance typical of fresh pomace. Clear varietal notes. TASTE: Round body, very soft, of great elegance and harmony. Slightly lovable aftertaste. PAIRINGS: Dried fruits and milk chocolate. TASTING TIPS: Taste at a temperature between 9 and 12 °C, in a tulip glass.
