Description: 
 
Produced by direct discontinuous steam distillation in copper stills, very low pressure and slow pace. Aging takes place in stainless steel vessels for at least one year after distillation. To the eye it is clear and crystalline. The aromas are expressed with a delicate, fragrant and aromatic bouquet, with hints of flowers and vanilla. Clear recognition of the grape variety. On the palate the flavor is delicate, persistent, soft, fine and harmonious.
