The purity and richness of the cane juice are fundamental in the production of a perfectly natural Rhum. After fermentation, it is distilled and placed in small American oak barrels to obtain an incomparable fineness.

The gradation is slowly reduced to 50 degrees, thanks to the use of pure spring water of volcanic origin, coming directly from Monte Pelée. AGING: The ageing process is three times faster in Martinique, depending on climatic conditions. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 50% Alcohol. /Vol. COLOUR: Clear and transparent BOUQUA: The blue sugar cane, with a natural marshmallow taste, combines with the sour scent of lime peel on the nose. TASTE: On the palate, the taste of fresh peach and a complex mixture of herbaceous extracts make this rum a product of extreme complexity. The finish is delicately spicy. TASTING TIPS: Ideal for "extreme" combinations, surprisingly smooth drunk.
