DENOMINATION: "Grappa Piemontese di Moscato". RAW MATERIAL: Muscat pomace, from grapes harvested fresh during the harvest and selected Sibona. DISTILLATION: Totally in-house, in alembics copper stills, thanks to the skilful experience of our oenologists-master distillers. AGING: For a long period in steel tanks stainless steel AGEING: in oak barrels GRADATION: 40 % vol. BOTTLE: special and elegant graduated bottle Sibona with side notches indicating the content and pouring spout. CAPACITY: 50 cl. - 100 cl. (1 litre) - 150 cl. (Magnum) - 20 cl. (only assorted pack with other 3-bottle bottles) Organoleptic characteristics: COLOUR: Pale straw yellow. BOUQUET: Intense, intense and typical of grapes freshly picked Muscat grapes. FLAVOUR: Soft, deep, with unmistakable richness of fruity aromas. Aftertaste delicately sweet and persistent. PAIRINGS: Dried fruits, nuts, almonds, sweets and chocolate. Also delicious with mature cheeses. TASTING SUGGESTIONS: Taste at a temperature of around 18°C, in a classic tulip glass or baloon glass with or without stem (cognac type).
