Soil: calcareous clay rich in skeleton, medium-hill, 150/180 m. above sea level.
Harvest: manual
Vinification: The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes, after a first cleaning and the grafting of selected yeasts, ferments in stainless steel vats at a constant temperature of 15°.
Refinement: once the fermentation is finished, after light clarification, it is left to rest for a few months in stainless steel vats and then bottled.
Colour: bright straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: intense and persistent with floral and vegetal aromas, lime and balsamic notes.
Flavour: predominantly vegetal notes, warm, full of good thickness and balanced; with long taste persistence.
