Vinification
The grapes are gently destemmed and
crushed. Alcoholic fermentation
takes place with maceration of the skins in
stainless steel containers

Very intense and aromatic, fruity,
floral and vegetal, with notes of fruit
yellow-fleshed fruit, exotic fruit and some
memory of aromatic herbs
Aroma
Fine and intense olfactory profile,
where tropical and
balsamic. A Solaris rich in
facets, with a marked
persistence and intensity.
Gastronomic pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with
shellfish of all kinds, to white meats
and to cooked cheeses.
