Germana Umburana is aged for at least two years in amburana, a highly aromatic wood which, together with balsam and jequitibà, is still one of the most commonly used woods in Brazil for aging cachaça. Aging almost never exceeds two years.
To be enjoyed neat or in modern cocktails, in all recipes that call for cachaça.
