Sarpa di Poli è ottenuta da vinacce di vitigni dall'aroma floreale e delicatamente erbaceo, distillate a vapore in caldaiette di rame a ciclo discontinuo.
Materia prima: vinacce di uve Merlot e Cabernet
Distillazione: artigianale, a piccoli lotti, con alambicco in rame con caldaiette a vapore a ciclo discontinuo
Aroma: erbaceo fresco, menta, rosa, geranio
Gusto: rustico, virile, sincero e generoso
