Grappa obtained by continuous and discontinuous distillation in bain-marie stills of Schiava and Pinot Nero marc from Alto Adige. After one year of maturation, the grappa is refined in French oak barriques.
Characteristics
On the nose, it has an aroma of flowers and citrus fruits, with a hint of spices and liquorice. On the palate it offers a pleasantly harmonious and soft sensation.
