This special Grappa Riserva di Nebbiolo already
aged, for a long period ( about 2 years ), in
oak wood was later put to rest for several
several months in barrels ( over 24 months ), purchased in
Portugal, and already used, previously, to elevate the

The particular permanence in port casks, already
used in whisky, has been experimented by us in an
innovative way on Grappa and with results
exceptional in terms of quality. The perfume

elegant and with a fruity aftertaste, are very reminiscent
that of the port already contained in these casks.
