This special Grappa Riserva di Barbera already
aged, for a long period (2 years), in oak wood
oak was subsequently put to rest for several months
in barrels (24 months), purchased in Spain and already used
previously used to age the 'Sherries' of some of the most prestigious
of the most prestigious wineries.
The particular permanence in Sherry barrels has been
us experimented in an innovative way on Grappa and
with exceptional results in terms of quality.

DISTILLATION: Totally in-house, in stills

AGING: For a long period in stainless steel tanks.

capacity classic oak casks and then in casks of
Sherry casks for a further 2 years (total stay in
wood 4 years).
GRADATION: 44 % vol.
BOTTLE: Special, elegant graduated bottle

CASING: Elegant cylindrical case, with top closure.

Organoleptic characteristics:
COLOUR: Amber.
BOUQUET: Intense, characterising, with delicate notes
of walnuts and hazelnuts.
FLAVOUR: Elegant, involving and with a sweetish aftertaste.

PAIRINGS: Dried fruits, nuts, almonds, sweets and
chocolate. Also delicious with mature cheeses.

TASTING SUGGESTIONS: Taste at a
temperature of around 18°C, in a classic tulip glass or
baloon glass with or without stem (cognac type).
