Production:
This fine distillate is obtained by fermentation of
Gravensteiner, Gala and Golden Delicius apples from Alto
South Tyrol and the subsequent distillation of the puree using a conti-
new and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills.
Characteristics:
From the very first impression, this apple distillate shows its
character and fullness. It is distinguished by its intense
and unmistakable aroma of ripe apples.
