Ottenuta dall'infusione della pianta d'Asperula in Grappa di vinacce miste trentine selezionate, distillate separatamente con metodo a Bagnomaria in alambicco discontinuo e successivamente miscelate. L'Asperula è una pianta erbacea perenne che viene raccolta nei mesi di giugno e luglio prima della fioritura nei boschi del Monte Baldo e Monte Bondone, direttamente dalla nostra distilleria. L'Asperula trasmette alla Grappa un gusto delicato e fresco.
