700ml BOTTLE PACK 41% Vol.
It is the oldest and most traditional distillate in Northern Italy. It is obtained by distilling the solid part of the grape: the marc.

RAW MATERIAL:
Fresh pomace of Merlot grapes from suitable areas.


ARTISAN DISTILLATION:
Discontinuous, with the cutting of the heads and tails, in steam copper alembic.


ALCOHOL:
41% vol.


BOTTLING:
Non-manual - transparent glass bottle of 100, 350, 700 ml and with hand-colored bottom of 500, 700 and 2000 ml. Manual 6300 ml.


TASTING:
It should be served at around 12 ° C or in a frozen glass with tulip corolla.
