Original South Tyrolean Roner Enzian (Gentian) distillate. Distilled by the traditional method in Tramin on the Wine Road. Aged 1 year in stainless steel.
In accordance with ancient tradition, the gentian roots are fermented and gently distilled in small copper stills in a bain-marie.
A distillate with an unmistakable, intense aroma and a delicately bitter flavour. Woody and earthy notes with herbal aromas. Aromatic with a pleasant sweetness and roundness.
