Origin: Castello Nipozzano

Altitude: between 250 and 500 mslm

Surface area: 250 ha

Exposure: various from southeast to west

Soil type: arid, stony, alberese, clay and limestone, well drained, poor in organic matter

Alcoholic Grade: 42%.

Tasting Notes.

Nipozzano grappa has a clear, transparent color. Elegant and intensely aromatic, it is distinguished by the balance between

softness and warmth, leaving a long and pleasant aroma in the mouth.

Pairing: Ideal after meals as a digestive, it pairs beautifully with Panforte and dark chocolate.

Recommended serving temperature 8 - 10°C.
