Why it's different

Grappa Capovilla Triple A is the result of a collaboration between Master Distiller Gianni Capovilla and Triple A producers. It is from their vineyards that the pure, juicy pomace comes, grown without chemicals or treatments, which Gianni distills in his small copper still.

The pomace arrives at the distillery in special containers to prevent oxidation: the red pomace is distilled immediately, while the white pomace is left to complete fermentation. In both cases, double distillation is carried out in a bain-marie to extract only the finest components of the raw material.

The subsequent rest in steel vats serves to give roundness and allow the primary aromas to evolve, giving rise to new flavors. No sugar or artificial flavors are added.
