Distillate obtained from the pomace of the "reds" Barbera and Dolcetto,

blended to create a blend, in a perfect suspension, all to taste, between the dry and aromatic profiles.

 

From patient aging in fine woods comes Riserva 18.46, the product of skilful cellar cuts whose name-over 18 months of aging in battery number 46-refers directly to the company's founding date.

Distillation: by a discontinuous process followed by aging for over twelve months in Allier oak barriques. Extraction is followed by blending and further aging for at least six months in Chestnut barrels.
