Gin Hermit Dutch Coastal (50cl 43%) - crb

Hermit is a creature with a curious story to tell. Born without a shell, he was forced to wander among the beaches to find a home. After crawling on the bottom of the North Sea, he arrived on the Dutch coast. Here he finally found his shelter: an empty bottle. Look inside the bottle and you will see the path of his adventurous journey. Natural botanicals such as juniper, coriander, orange and iris root combine seamlessly with seawater from oysters to produce a smooth, fresh, lively gin with a surprising hint of saltiness. Dutch gin distilled in an artisanal pot-still manner in small batches. A particular variety of citrus peel adds a nice freshness to the typical hints of juniper and coriander. The other 8 botanicals give added complexity and depth. A drop of oyster seawater gives the finish a surprising saline note.
