A concentration of alpine energy gathers in the glass that glows in its seductive amber. It presents harmoniously matched nuances, from the delicate nuance of gentian root, to licorice, anise and flowers, to aromas of menthol and mint. Particularly round on the palate, it releases a spicy note, a vinous sweetness and a pleasant bitterness. Slightly peppery, it is characterized by hints of orange peel and caramel. The aftertaste is distinctly complex, with herbs teasing the palate, enhancing the licorice, before the taste experience concludes with a minty-flavored gentian.
