Tasting notes

BARBERA GRAPPA:
Light straw yellow. The nose shows virile and great intensity; on the palate, however, it is robust, with a long, gritty aftertaste and great harmony.
GRAPPA ARNEIS:
Crystal clear. The nose is fine and enveloping, with dominant herbaceous notes. On the palate it is round, suave and marked by a pleasant almond aftertaste.
GRAPPA MOSCATO:
Pale straw yellow. The nose is engaging, intense and with a rich bouquet of fruity aromas. On the palate it is soft, deep and with a sweet, persistent aftertaste.

GRAPPA BARBERA:
The Grappa di Barbera from the Sibona distillery, obtained from the pomace of the Barbera vine located in the areas of the two prestigious DOC Barbera d'Alba and Barbera d'Asti, is aged in small barrels to capture the maximum of perfumes and aromas. Ideal for moments of meditation and reflection, it is a grappa of great incisiveness.
ARNEIS GRAPPA:
Grappa di Arneis from the Sibona distillery, obtained from marc of the arneis vine from the Roero area, is aged in steel tanks. With a delicate yet rich aromatic bouquet, it is a Grappa to be sipped alone, in meditation.
GRAPPA MOSCATO
The Grappa di Moscato from the Sibona distillery, which has won several national and international awards, is obtained from the marc of the typical and famous Moscato d'Asti from the most historic DOC areas. Matured in small oak barrels, it is a pleasantly rich Grappa, which is also well suited to accompany fresh pastries.
