Organoleptic characteristics: COLOUR: Clear, crystalline. BOUQUET: Fine, full of floral scents with light notes of citrus fruits. Youthful and fragrant. FLAVOUR: Very delicate, aromatic, fresh, characterised by light fruity aromas. Aftertaste clean and persistent PAIRINGS: Dried fruit and milk chocolate TASTING TIPS: Taste at a temperature between 9 and 12 °C, in a tulip glass.
