A precious fruit brandy obtained by fermenting cherries mainly from the nearby Trentino region. The raw material undergoes careful quality control and, after maceration, is distilled using a continuous and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills.
It has a crystal clear colour and an intense floral bouquet dominated by the unmistakable aroma of cherries. A slight taste of marzipan stands out.
