This cuvée represents the know-how of the Maison thanks to the perfect balance of the grapes. It ages at least 3 years on the lees with a dosage of 8 g/l. The color is straw yellow with a delicate fragrance of white peach, citrus and orange blossom on the nose, followed by notes of hazelnut and sweet spices. The palate is full and generous with a superb aftertaste of fresh fruit, offering great persistence. Ideal for an aperitif and as an elegant accompaniment for refined dishes.
