VINE: Nebbiolo da Barolo.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 50% by volume.

BOTTLE VOLUME: 70cl.

AGEING: 12 years in small oak barrels.

TASTING: Extremely clear amber in colour, this grappa is very soft on the palate without being cloying. In its aromatic profile, the fruity and spicy families dominate, as is natural in grappas of long ageing and high quality. In the fruity range, the precious note of dried fruit prevails, which is rare to find so clearly: candied fruit, prunes and sultanas combine with softer hints of jam, fruit in syrup and citrus fruits. In the spicy range, the barricaded scent dominates, which goes hand in hand with pepper, liquorice, cloves and tobacco.

PACKAGING: The bottles, with numbered labels, are packaged in elegant cardboard drawer cases.
