Description:
Produced by discontinuous direct steam distillation in copper stills, very low pressure and slow pace. Aging takes place in stainless steel vessels for at least one year after distillation. Aging is for more than 10 years in oak barrels and 700-liter casks. To the eye it is bronzed golden yellow. Scents of flowers and country herbs are clearly perceived, accompanied by vanilla and pastry. The elegance of ripe grapes is appreciated in the mouth. The lingering lingering taste evokes sweet woods; it is gentle, but strongly personal.
