Production: A spirit drink obtained by macerating berries of juniper berries in a hydro-alcoholic solution and the addition of a distillate of juniper. Characteristics: Juniper is distinguished by its pleasant resinous aroma. Already the first sip one recognises the fragrance of the juniper berries that ripen in the sun on the slopes of our mountains. Excellent as a digestive, or as a thirst quencher, if added in small doses, to soda or tonic water. Alcohol content: 38 %vol Recommended temperature for tasting 12 °C - 16 °C
