The Cavallini are immersed in the rolling hills of the Tuscan Maremma, in a reserved but extraordinary place with 330 hectares of woods, pastures, arable land, vineyards and olive groves. The two vineyards of Poggio Campana and Poggione produce extraordinary grapes, fruit of the area's extraordinary climate where Ciliegiolo, the estate's great new challenge, has exceptional results, along with Alicante, which expresses itself best in this corner of Tuscany. Hospitality, viticulture and olive growing are integrated with the zootechnical activity of dairy cow breeding and with other crops. In this bucolic context, with the vineyard in organic conversion since 2016 in this extraordinary corner of the Maremma, Roberto and Nicola Pirozzi produce fine, mineral and deep wines, where Vermentino and Morellino are perfect interpreters of this extraordinary and generous land.
