From the Aged Grappas of the Brachetto and Dolcetto grape varieties, carefully blended through wise cellar cuts, "Intesa" is born.
The understanding between two Alto Monferrato red grape varieties such as Dolcetto and Brachetto develops in a disruptive way.
The liaison is intense and brings back the characteristics of two "tenacious" red grape varieties that express the essence of the hills of Alto Monferrato on which they grow and "concentrate" the scents of their lands.
From the bristling hills... to the Aging Cellar, where the grappas of the two vines are "mellowed" thanks to the aging, at natural temperature, in small Tronçais Oak barrels.
