From a very old Piedmontese recipe that consists
in the use of different types of herbs and aromatic plants
such as gentian, cinchona, rhubarb and others macerated in
slow infusion, this unique bitter with exceptional
exceptional characteristics.

Organoleptic characteristics:
COLOUR: Intense brown.
BOUQUET: Intense, round, elegant, with hints
spices, herbs and citrus fruits.
FLAVOUR: Unique, full and harmonious. Persistent finish
and soft.
TASTING SUGGESTIONS: Excellent when enjoyed neat
or on the rocks and also with ice cream and desserts.
