Production area: Madruzzo (TN) Soil: a young vineyard, just under 10 years old, situated at 250m asl on a soil of fluvial origin, rich in skeleton, with an important substratum of gravel and pebbles Harvest: manual Vinification: shortly after the grapes have been softly pressed, the must is divided partly in steel vats where it undergoes a short fermentation with cold maceration, and partly in terracotta amphorae where it remains in contact with the skins for the next 7 months Ageing: at the end of the passage in amphorae, the wine is blended, continuing its ageing in steel until bottling, more than 10 months after the harvest. It concludes its ageing in the bottle for a few months, achieving a perfect balance of aromas and freshness Colour: bright and brilliant straw yellow, with slight greenish reflections Nose: aromas of ripe fruit with notes of quince, yellow peach, ripe pear, pineapple and passion fruit. Delicate mineral nuances and light spicy notes Taste: fresh and balanced, with a complex, very aromatic palate that envelops with fruity hints. A lingering finish that leaves great freshness thanks to good acidity and minerality Format: 0.75 l bottle
