Although the sea can sometimes be harsh and unforgiving, the Suffolk coast is lush, fertile and a cradle of botanical treasures that originate mostly on marshes, also home to a rich fauna. This is where Fishers Gin is born, made by distilling barley grown by East Anglia farmers, a raw material that ensures a full texture and taste that wonderfully brings out the aromatic flavors of traditional herbs and spices used for centuries to flavor local dishes: rock samphire, wood aven and bog myrtle.
Exactly like the wild and untamed sea, these botanicals cannot be cultivated, so each batch of Fishers Gin will therefore have a unique flavor, the result of genuine craftsmanship created in collaboration with nature itself.
