This is where Fishers Gin is born, made by distilling barley grown by East Anglia farmers, a raw material that ensures a full texture and taste that wonderfully brings out the aromatic flavors of traditional herbs and spices used for centuries to flavor local dishes: rock samphire, wood aven and bog myrtle.
