Although the sea can sometimes be harsh and unforgiving, the Suffolk coastline is lush, fertile and home to botanical treasures, most of which originate on marshes that are also home to rich wildlife. This is where Fishers Gin was born, made by distilling the barley grown by East Anglia farmers, a raw material that guarantees a full texture and taste that wonderfully brings out the aromatic flavours of the traditional herbs and spices that have been used for centuries to flavour local dishes: rock samphire, wood aven and bog myrtle.
