Pieropan

In 2000, in Cellore d'Illasi, a Valpolicella and Amarone production area, the Pieropan family purchased an uncultivated plot of land on Monte Garzon, five hundred meters above sea level, and turned it into a vineyard. To safeguard the original ecosystem of the area, viticulture was set up with total respect for the local flora and microfauna, with the application of biological pest control.

The ambitious project of making "their own" red wines stems from Leonildo's idea of fostering the inclusion in the company of his sons Andrea and Dario, both at the end of their studies in agriculture and oenology, eager to express themselves in a new adventure, under the banner of experimentation and creativity.

The headquarters of the red wine cellar is being developed in an ancient eighteenth-century mansion in Tregnago di Verona: Villa Cipolla Pellegrini.

An aging cellar for the maturation of Amarone wine has been built under the property's brolo.

The Villa is also being enhanced by careful restoration and transformed into an enchanting place of hospitality and stay. In the six rooms available, one can enjoy a pleasant experience of knowledge and well-being.
