This red wine comes from the vineyards of Valpolicella Classica and is able to be remembered for its long and tasty finish.
The composition of the grapes is 85% Corvina Veronese, 10% Rondinella, 5% Corvinone.
Delicate aroma reminiscent of almonds and violets.
The dry, soft and well-structured flavor surprises the palate with a whiplash of cherries and plums.

Manual harvesting. Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes is followed by destemming-crushing and maceration for 10 days in stainless steel tanks. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins by soft pressing. It matures in oak tonneaux for about 12 months. Colour: ruby red. Bouquet: delicate, characteristic and reminiscent of morello cherries and berries. Taste: mineral, dry, velvety, with a good structure. Serving temperature: 18°C. Food matches with pasta dishes, red meats, roasted or grilled.
