Refinement: in stainless steel tanks, in contact with noble scum Foam intake: refermentation in autoclave (cuvée close) at controlled temperature with selected ferments, lasting 60 days. Cold tartaric stabilization Bottling: isobaric, after sterile filtration Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage Bouquet: very fine and elegant with fruity notes of citrus and apple. Taste: well balanced, fresh, lively and with good persistence. Acidity: 7,0 g/l Amability: 9 g/l Format: 0,375 lt and 075 lt bottles - 1,5 lt magnums Alcoholic Grade: 11.5% vol.
