Conegliano Valdobbiadene Docg Extradry
Prosecco Superiore Millesimato, 95% Glera, 5% Pinot Bianco
Area of Production: estate vineyards in the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene located at an altitude between 150 and 200 meters above sea level.
Soil: clayey, calcareous, subalcalino
Grape harvest: manual
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Refinement: in stainless steel tanks, in contact with noble scum
Foam intake: refermentation in autoclave (cuvée close) at controlled temperature, with selected ferments, lasting 75 days. Tartaric stabilization at low temperature
Bottling: isobaric, after sterile filtration
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage
Bouquet: floral and fruity notes alternate in a very pleasant way. The scents are reminiscent of those typical of golden apples and pears.
Taste: excellent balance between the sweetness of the residual sugar and the fresh liveliness of the acidity. Very pleasant and persistent finish
Acidity: 6.8 g/l
Amability: 17 g/l
