The paper used for the label and the cork are FSC-certified as they come only from forests managed with social responsibility in mind. It is a sparkling wine intended to recall the socially sustainable footprint that Valdo holds, without sacrificing the aromas and typicality of Prosecco DOC; suitable to be enjoyed either as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to meals based on delicate white meat or fish dishes.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRING

Perfect as an aperitif, it also finds itsideal pairing with fish dishes and risottos. Also excellent with sushi and sashimi.
