CHARACTERISTICS It is obtained from Trentino Traminer marc from excellently exposed hillside vineyards, where the cool climate allows the development of very intense aromas. Thanks to a slow distillation using the discontinuous steam bain-marie system, it maintains the intense aromaticity of the original grape.
