Production:
This fine distillate is obtained by fermentation of
Gravensteiner, Gala and Golden Delicius apples from Alto
South Tyrol and the subsequent distillation of the puree using a conti-
new and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills.
Characteristics:
This is an apple distillate to which the wooden figure in the bottle gives the colour.
inside the bottle gives it the colour and the soft, fine flavour
typical of ageing in wooden barrels.
