Distilleria Pilzer is a family business located in Faver, Val di Cembra, in the heart of Trentino. Founded in 1957 by Vincenzo Pilzer, the distillery is today one of the most prestigious producers of grappa, bitters and fruit distillates in Italy.
Distilleria Pilzer's production is based on a centuries-old tradition, combined with a continuous search for innovation. The pomace and raw materials used are carefully selected, and the distillation process is carried out using artisanal methods, respecting optimal times and temperatures.
The range of Pilzer products is wide and varied. Grappa is the soul of the company, and is made from the best Trentino grapes, including Schiava, Marzemino, Nosiola and Teroldego. Pilzer's bitters are made with medicinal herbs and spices, and are available in different variants, including Amaro di Trentino, Amaro di Rosa Alpina and Amaro di Sambuco. Pilzer fruit distillates are made from fresh Trentino fruit, and are available in different variants, including Apple Distillate, Raspberry Distillate and Orange Distillate.
