VIGNAMATO

Our vineyards, with their breathtaking view over the rolling hills of the Castelli di Jesi, have been telling the story of our family for generations, a story of sacrifices, of good harvests and not so good ones, in the sun and rain, of hard work because a wine is first and foremost made in the vineyard, vine by vine, shoot by shoot, bunch by bunch. This is the philosophy that first my grandparents and then my parents handed down to me... in a nutshell, winemaker:

"a choice of Life, not a Craft".

It hides a whole world of its own: creating a wine, shaping it with your knowledge and passions, giving it part of yourself, animating it with hopes and expectations. It starts from very far away. Choosing the soil, the type of vine, watching it grow, honouring it and caring for it, then reaping its fruits, becoming passionate about it, indelibly merging its roots with the earth to create something special, something of your own.
