El Cencio"

Renzo Spada, founder of the Spada winery, is nicknamed "El Cencio," a custom common in rural courts in Valpolicella in the 1950s. A lover of his land and life in the fields, but also of all that nature can give him. 

From his dedication and experience especially in grape drying techniques, comes this red wine, with a strong and persistent character. The label is specially printed on natural wood, as a symbol of history and tradition.
