Cantina Mandois is a historic Champagne house founded in 1735 in Pierry, in the heart of Champagne, France. For more than eight generations, the Mandois family has been producing high-quality Champagne, combining tradition and innovation.

The vineyards cover 35 hectares, with sustainable cultivation that enhances the region's unique terroir. Winemaking is done using artisanal methods, including fermentation in oak barrels, which gives Mandois Champagnes extraordinary complexity and refinement.
