Tenuta Maso Corno

A cradle in Trentino

Around a centuries-old farmstead on the slopes of the Lessini Mountains facing the Little Dolomites lies Tenuta Maso Corno, a wine-growing estate that, spreading out like a fan on an orographic terrace suspended over the Ala stream, looks down on the Adige Valley from its height of 500 metres.

Genius Loci

Dolomite-limestone soils with a low vegetation layer, piedmont air and morning exposure enhance the genius loci vocation. Vines that have been cultivated for more than thirty years and adapted to the terrain have developed characteristics of robustness and resistance, generating wines of character and class, in which finesse and elegance clothe a structured body.

Giulio Larcher

Educated in the careful knowledge of the past and approaching viticulture out of passion, free of constraints and familiar perspectives, he launched his challenge by expanding vine cultivation to the entire estate, aiming for wines of excellence. Clones offspring of the original vines, selected rootstocks, low yields, sorting of the bunches of grapes and manual harvesting are choices made with respect for the historical-environmental typicality and quality, supported by rational and innovative training and cultivation systems.
