The fermentation is carried out by the indigenous yeasts and lasts about 10 days. The wine remains in contact with its skins for two weeks and is then placed in oak barrels. The malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously. Ageing: the wine is aged in oak barrels for about two years and for at least 6 months in bottle. Colour: bright and intense ruby red Bouquet: the nose is broad and complex with delicate hints of spices and red fruits. Taste: on tasting it is ample and full-bodied in its tannins and surprising for its great complexity and sapidity. Format: 0,75 lt bottle - 1,5 lt magnum bottle Alcoholic Grade: 13.0%
