Olio Extra Vergine d’Oliva Sassicaia - Tenuta San Guido

The olive-growing area of the farm is arranged in mixed systems, respecting

of traditional and characteristic Tuscan farming. The olive trees, of varieties

leccino, moraiolo, pendolino, frantoio, are not planted close to each other in specialised

specialised, but arranged in rows, alternating with fields or vineyards. The Tenuta San Guido estate

extends over 2,500 hectares, 110 of which are olive groves with approximately 11,000 adult trees. Of these

approximately 2,000 have only landscape and soil conservation value, being

present in land that is difficult to cultivate.
