The remaining 50% ferments in steel tanks where it is left to mature, again for seven months, on the fine lees Colour: brilliant yellow with green reflections Nose: intense floral bouquet with fruity hints reminiscent of ripe apples Taste: the body is powerful and well-proportioned, the finish long and persistent.
